Hey all, hope everyone's new year has been going well so far!

This is a heads-up to everyone who was interested in the character auction I held in December. So, I received a ton of encouragement, tips, and interest in this adoptable ornament idea, and December's character, Kaldr, went to a great home, and already he's getting much love. Thank you all for the support! Personally, I'm just happy to see others interested in this idea, as it's something I feel a ton of enthusiasm for. Onto the info!

For February, I have planned something special, (which is part of the reason I didn't hold a January auction). More info such as what you will receive, the design, rules, etc. will be posted in the description of the auction. Some of the set-up needed to be adjusted from the initial auction, so once the rules go up, even if you participated in the last one, please do review.

Also, just for a bit of history behind the idea, as I make these pendants and figurines, to me these are not just bases which I slap color onto. Being hand painted, every design is a unique piece of art, and a unique character. Every pet portrait and character I have painted has felt like the pendant is imbued with a bit of the essence of that individual character. To push this idea further, I'm creating a few of the Shisa ornaments with this purpose in mind. On top of the Shisa already being limited edition, these particular paint jobs will never show up again on another Shisa ornament. You'll be adopting your very own mini guardian lion-dog, and be able to physically hold your character! Since the Shisa are limited, this is going to be a bit more of a rare auction, once a month at most. We'll see how the interest goes in these first few auctions to determine how often they happen.
