Terms of Service:

1. I reserve the right to refuse a commission from anyone at any time.

2. I will not draw the following subjects:

• Rape
• Incest (siblings, father-daughter, etc.)
• Scat/waterworks
• Fat furs
• Transformations
• Abnormal sized breasts, genitals, or muscles
• Copyright characters that I do not have permission to draw

3. My prices are set prices. If I'm offering a deal I'll post a journal about it.

4.Process is as follows: Pose, colouration, and pricing will be decided through EMAIL. I have multiple website accounts and it's easier to manage everything through email. I request full payment before I begin the piece. I'll show a sketched piece for approval and offer slight alterations, then begin the colouring and inking. Minor alterations may be made to digital pieces ONLY I can't alter colouring in traditional pieces this is why a clear reference photo is required.

5. I work on pieces in the order I receive them. Because of this it might take a few weeks before I get to yours, please be patient.

6. Give credit where credit is due. You may post YOUR commission so long as proper credit for the art is given. My art work may *NOT*be used for commercial use unless it's been discussed before hand and I've given written permission.

7. Refunds:In extreme cases refunds may be offered if I have not yet started the piece.

8. Communicationwill be done through email. Please respond in a fashionable manner. If response takes to long I may switch over to another commission to make better of my time. Please make sure to let me know you're FA, Weasyl, etc. name so I can credit your character to you!

9. Payment: payment is made in CAN$through Paypal. My Paypal is the same as my email: Novelty.Act@gmail.com
