These are the terms of service for noncommercial projects only and are subject to changes or additions.

-I reserve the right to refuse to do a commission.
-All base prices are subject to change based on any extra features, difficulty, or complexity.
-It’s pay up front through PayPal by Invoice at demaharra@gmail.com and I may or may not provide WIPs publicly and will send e-mails to confirm that is what you want so then I can finalize the artwork.
-Contact for commissions will be through this email, demaharra@gmail.com. This is where I will be sending the commissioner updates from, as well as Tumblr and DeviantArt (both Demaharra accounts).
-Give me clear references, or even pictures, as to what you want.
-No first serve, it’s based on whom I pick. But don’t be discouraged! I may be able to do yours the next batch.
-Some things may be negotiable (like for simple characters or a few other factors) just message me and I’ll see what I can do.
-If I have to cancel a commission (for whatever reason that may be) you will be fully refunded.
-I reserve the right to refund or cancel a commission at any time due to poor communication or rude behavior.
-If you decide to cancel your commission before I begin lining you’ll receive a 50% refund but during or after lining you’ll receive no refund.
-I retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.
-You, the client, retain all rights to your respective characters.
-The client may not profit from my artwork, which includes prints, digital files or the rights of the image.
-You may make your own personal prints or as gifts. You’re allowed to resize or crop the artwork to create icons, screen savors, or other graphics (just don’t use the art for commercial use) or use it in any public sense like your blog or gallery but be sure to site me some credit. ;)
-You may not alter the artwork itself.
-If I do happen to miss an important detail in the artwork I will fix for one time free, each additional alteration will be $5.
-As the client you must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me, the artist. -By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
