Tonight I'm going to try to get some major edits done and dusted on "The Vimana Incident." These include:

*re-writing two very important characters in their earliest scenes.
*Strengthening connections between different parts of the story so it feels more unitary.
*Making small refinements wherever possible.

The fact remains that I got so hung up on getting my big PKD tribute out in the Bay Area followed by a trip to where he wrote his earliest work that I was letting myself get too disappointed over the failed release date. In hindsight, I suppose what I was doing amounted to sympathetic magic and I was dishonest with myself about my motives. The fact is that the book will probably be more successful if I release it after it's been reworked to something of a higher standard than if I try to release it as a fully-immersive tribute.

To those who were excited about having a copy, I apologize. But you will hopefully not be disappointed once you read what I have to offer.
