Greetings and salutations for all of you fellow wanderers of the mind. I'm posting one of these finally because I get the impression interacting with me for some raises more questions than answers, so I shall post this for your elucidation and personal edification! Otherwise known as "Too Much Information Than You Really Need Without Actually Trying To Get To Know Me Properly."

The names I go by on my various internet haunts are a bit too varied, but I can be called by Clare, Sparky, Birdbrain or various other obscure monikers. Calling me things more along the lines of "dumbass" or whatnot will get you forcibly expelled and blocked (rule #1 on a very short list: Don't be a rude spunktwat on my page).

I reside in the glorious, dry land of northern Nevada, U.S.A.

My counterpart, corollary and significant being of equal intelligence is . We work on a lot of projects, concepts and the like in tandem so giving his gallery a look-see isn't a bad idea.

For further clarification, since this seems to embarrass some when they find out they just goofed: I am female. That being said, being called a "he" does not bother me in the slightest since practically everything else I do is more masculine than anything. I suppose if you wanted to be technical and use that funny New Age terminology, I am genderfluid. You could just as easily call me by whatever gender that is being featured by whatever character avatar I happen to sport at the time.

(I'm basically copypasting this part of the description directly from my gallery profiles, since it's just as applicable here) I'm a very guarded, somewhat private person that can be extremely loquacious at any given moment while simultaneously revealing absolutely nothing about myself. Fair warning: my words sometimes have real teeth, and I can be quite sarcastic to the point of caustic. This is why I generally keep to myself. Rest assured though, under normal circumstances I am a genuine, interesting and polite person to talk to; get me going on something and I will talk your ear off all day, especially if it has nothing to do with anything or everything to do with something.

The FAQ:

Do you accept commissions? - I do indeed. I am technically always open for them and will always answer any questions or inquiries regarding them. Rarely I've been busy and have to put people on waiting lists, but I do not "close." Also sometimes I do commission themes that can be limited to a small number; I always announce these via journals. Here is my ToS.

Do you accept trades? - Generally only through journals, since these things can pile up very quickly and leave little room for anything else. If you're unsure though, there's that time-honored practice of politely asking. I'm a very agreeable person so if that's too much, I'm not sure what to do with you! Do not get flustered or vindictive if I turn you down though; contrary to what some may think it isn't personal.

Do you do requests? - Never. I may surprise you with giftart if I think you're awesome or I like your character enough, but that is it.

*Can I repost your art? ** - Yes, BUT WITH PROPER CREDIT. I'd also really appreciate it in the case of you posting my art off-site, to link me to it so I can see where my art gets circulated to. What is Alteir? - Alteir is the name of my headworld that has been in development since I was very young. It initially came into being when I started having ultra detailed, involved lucid dreams of a setting with floating islands, fantastical beings and architecture. I still have these dreams, and they help to supplement the ongoing fleshing out and development of Alteir as a world and the stories of the heroes and characters within.

Is your headworld setting and races considered open? - No they are not. This is my own personal project that my significant other is also participating in. Alteir has a very convoluted and complex cosmology and set of natural laws and a developed, established canon. In the very unlikely event I think someone else could make a small contribution to its development, I will approach you, providing you are willing to be able to work within the setting's parameters.
