Chitter chit!

So, depending on how things go at the end of the month, me and the bf may be looking for a new roommate for our apartment. Long story short, our other roommate has not been pulling their weight with rent and bills, and come the end of the month, if they don't cover their part, we're kicking their ass to the curb. Seeing as how they have no plans for income for the next couple of weeks at least and spend all their free time playing video games, this is very likely.

Currently the soon to be former roommate is living in the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom. Apartment comes with a kitchen including oven, garbage disposal in the sink, microwave, and refrigerator. We have a small wash closet with washer and dryer. The apartment complex has a gym and pool that are free to use for residents. We already have AT&T U-Verse installed for internet and television. The apartment complex is located about 7 minutes from Universal Orlando and about 40 minutes from Disney World.

Rent estimate would be about $600/month, but that depends on utilities from month to month.
