Bodyweight exercise ! by Tiido

One of my new years resolutions is to increase my upper body strength. I started doing that today !

My arms have absolutely no power, and I am looking to change that. When I was not yet grown up (in the physical sense) I had my bones growing faster than muscles, making them out of proportion compared to each other. That made me much weaker than I should have been. One lasting effect from that is my shit back, the joints are all messed up because of inadequate muscular support.
My muscles have caught up and I am whole lot less weak than I used to be. Now I am working on gaining some actual strength, especially since I have lost vast majority of the excess weight I gained by years of improper eating and lack of excercise... yay office job !

I'm doing 1 hour of relatively easy excercises involving your own bodyweight, slowly going towards more ambitious variations as I feel more capable of doing them. First step has been taken, many more will follow !

It is gonna be a long term process... for make benefit health of orange catman !
