Please, I desperatly need opinions, I'll do anything. by ilbv

When you are having a really bad moment or day and you feel like your whole world is going to crash in on itself, and you desperately need to talk to someone, desperate for comforting words or a hand to hold or a warm loving caring hug:

WHO CAN YOU TURN TO? I feel like this is the kind of thing I have to survive on my own because no one deserves this pain, this terrible, crushing, rotting, heart-killing pain.

Most people would say turn to your friends,

but I don't want to dump my stress and sadness on them, I can't pull them into my struggles and have them hate me for it, I don't want them to always think I have a problem.

Then people say but that's what friends are for, to be with you in good times and in bad, and if they don't want to be with you in bad times, then they were never friends in the first place.

Yes, that is true but I am so scared to find that out, I don't want to suddenly be abandoned because as it turns out I had no real friends to begin with (I know that isn't true because...it just can't be. I'm using this as a hypothetical scenario)

Then the other option is make a vent journal or vent art, yes I can, but then the whole world knows about it and you can get labeled as a complainer or an attention seeker, and no one wants that!

RECAP: I am desperate for opinions on who or where to turn when you are having a bad day. Please help.

Please, I desperatly need opinions, I'll do anything.

Potentially anyone can listen and offer you advice, but your friends know you better, and are thus more likely to give you advice appropriate to you. Most certainly, your friends are more emotionally invested in you than a stranger would be.
