Yes the hotel was the target of what is being claimed as an intentional disruption and panic by someone(s) with Chlorine powder. I was in the lobby with TheWhiteOtter heading back to the executive suite when the alarms went off. I could smell the powder from the lobby by that point and we went from my car, to the Embassy, to the Hilton.
