Things are going to be a little quiet from here on out. by IanSoulfox

As much as I didn't want to, things have gotten so bad that I had to go crawling back to Wal Mart in order to keep from going under. I've been absent the past few days in order to readjust my sleep schedule and prepare. Once things get started, this is what's going to happen.

  1. Massively reduced streams: As much as I enjoy doing them, I won't be able to juggle them with a retail job looming over. I may have to reserve it to at least once or twice a week, but knowing how bad retail can get, I'd probably be too exhausted and sick of work to want to fire up a stream program.

  2. Massively reduced artwork: With full time work comes less time to do... everything else. While I know I still owe artwork to an individual or two, I'll do what I can when I find the spare time to wrap up those owed pieces. If not, I'll offer refunds to make up for it. While I still want to do what I can artwise, from past experience working with this company, I'll be lucky if I produce a new piece of art every 2 months provided I don't burn out.

I was hoping that things would have been different this time and I could have found work that would have been a lot more flexible, but things just weren't panning out. I hoped that I could have been able to focus my artwork in a way that could have supported me fully but nothing was working. Either I didn't try hard enough or I just wasn't providing people what they really wanted or I didn't advertize enough, I dunno. Either way, with things as cloudy as they are, there's just no future for the Tail right now.

Things are going to be a little quiet from here on out.

Sorry to hear, hope you find something better soon. Working retail is never fun, and this is about the worst time to get in to it, too.

huggles Ian super duper extra tight

That's so sad to hear, Ian. :c
I honestly hope things... somehow take a turn for the better for you.
You're such a nice, kind person, Ian. It's not right that you have to go work for a place like Walmart....
