"Curvy" trans info/input? by Mycotae
So... I've been trans for years, but am just now getting to a point where I can actually do something about it. I've read up a lot on ftm stuff, but I wanted to know if anyone has any first-hand account of being ftm AND curvy? I see a lot of ftm on the skinnier side, without the wide hips and such (oh how I envy you...), and being more on the, ah... curvy side to be polite about it, I'm having a lot of thoughts regarding this..
Anyone have any input? Don't have to share it on here, you can send me a note about it :)

Do you know about any of the effects of T on curvier bodies? I'm hoping to start within the next year or so, but want to get as much info as I can beforehand.

I don't, unfortunately. I haven't started T yet and everyone I know who has is a lot skinnier than I am lol. I would imagine it would redistribute the fat deposits though? DFAB people tend to collect fat in the chest, thighs, and butt while DMAB collect it almost exclusively in the gut. But I don't know that for sure.

Yeah, that's me. It fucking sucks. Men's clothes don't fit right, sometimes even with the binder. I hate shopping for binders because 90% of the example photos are skinny 100 lb Asian boys, cis guys, or trans guys that have already had top surgery so it's like ?????? this dosn't help me????
Only vaguely helpful thing I've found is the body suit by Underworks. It's a waist-length binder with boxer shorts attached, so it a) straightens the lines of your stomach and hips, b) narrows your thighs, and c) keeps the binder part from rolling up.
