Terms of Service:

Commissions Form
Prices per Character.

Time Frame:
☻Regular Commissions: Please allow 1-6Weeks Completion per Character.
☻Chibi Commissions: Please allow 7hours-1 week for Completion per Character.
☻Backgrounds can vary depending on details. These alone could take a couple weeks or so.
I just want to be covered on time in case anything comes up. Which I would inform all commissioners of such happenings :]
Time Frame is based off my work scheduled and other commissions I may have at the time.

Process:
☻ I like to show you a sketch before inking so that you may tell me if you'd like something changed. Please do not Approve the sketch, if you're not happy! I will change things until you are.
☻ Once Approved , I will Ink and Color. After I ink, I will not change the entire line art. Limited 3 changes after ink. Please be sure the reference you are using is Up to Date and has the correct information. Also please make sure you link the correct reference. If I start sketching and its the wrong reference, I will charge a small fee for the time used.
☻ I watermark and sign. Do not remove either. Watermarks on my personal art do not reflect the watermark on customers art.
☻Commissioners can request WiPs at any time.

Payment: PayPal Only
☻ I will Invoice you for the the Payment via Paypal. Payments are to be made in full. Once you approve the sketch, please provide your Paypal for Invoicing. USD only. Please convert currency to USD before sending if you are out of the states.

Refunds:
☻ Refunds are based on the time I have already put into it. If I have started Inking, you will be eligible for a partial refund. After I have started coloring there will be no refunds.
☻ If I can not complete said commission I will issue a full refund.

Usage:
☻ These Commissions are for Personal use only ,no Commercial use may be done with them. I retain the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution, not limited to Prints/Merchandise and other uses.
☻If you post on Tumblr/Twitter/Facebook/ Anywhere, please credit me. .http://ssjpan.deviantart.com and Link me please.
☻I do not do Commercial Work/ Private Commissions. If I am not allowed to post it, please do not commission me.
