Unfortunately, my current employer requires I agree to assign them any and all creations I have. I will be producing no further creative work - music, writings, etc. while I am employed by this company. Sorry.

That sounds abso-freaking-lutely sleazy. In fact, I'm curious why you're even willing. Is it like some miracle job otherwise, or just something that pays the bills? Better yet, what's the company? xvX'

I need to hold down a job for a while, or I'm pretty much screwed and homeless. Student loans. As for the company, a whole lot do this, so many that this kind of contract is illegal in some states.
