I have the right to decline any work i deem inappropriate or am uncomfortable with

I must be paid in full via Paypal or Money Order in USD ONLY before the commission is finished

I retain the right to cancel the commission at any time and issue a partial refund dependent on how much work had been completed

Only the commissioner and the owners of the featured character(s) may repost the finished artwork unless my written permission is acquired

I will decline any work requesting the use of illegal substances including but not limited to : Crack pipes, Meth, medical syringes, and misuse of medications.

I will decline any work which would feature any copyrighted characters in adult situations ( i.e. Toothless the dragon, Mickey Mouse, ect.)
--adult situations are not limited to sexual interactions. This includes any other mature themes including death and abuse of any kind.
--The only exceptions to this rule are Pokemon and MAYBE Digimon. I will be more picky on what I allow NSFW-wise with them though

I will only give progression shots upon request.

I will only allow one progression shot per stage.
one after sketch, one after line art, one after flats.

Requests to alter the image after line work has begun will result in delays.
I will allow only one alteration after this stage has begun/finished. after that, all changes will result in a PayPal invoice sent to you. If it is not paid, or is declined I will either not proceed with the change or I will cancel the commission.

I may choose to stream any and all commissions unless specified otherwise

The commissioner may request scheduled, private streams for a small fee ranging from $2 to $10 depending on time of day or scale of the commission.

Commissions can be requested to be private only (will not be streamed or posted) but the commissioner must pay a fee of 30% of the initial image's price.

All of the following I will not draw under any circumstances:

Scat
Watersports
Diaper/Cub -- By this I mean anything demeaning involving dirty diapers, wetting oneself ect. I will draw CLEAN cub/diaper
Extreme Gore
Extreme Hyper
Dismemberment
or anything i deem an extreme fetish
