What's the deal? I don't recall any scheduled downtime and I've never seen it go out for more than a few hours. Maybe I might have to move back on over here? Migrating profiles is going to be a bit of a pain, though.

A relentless DDOS attack, possibly brought on by either a hole in security or furry haters.

The former is overwhelmingly more likely. FA makes sieves look watertight, and as much as people dislike furries they're not really hated by anyone but people who like porn and think people who self-identify as furries tend overwhelmingly to be unpleasant people.

Vivisector has been following this from the getgo. They're my go-to source of news about furries filtered to remove the layers of ego and incompetence.

'Bout time the site just fucks off and dies, IMO. This is getting ridiculous; a DDoS, even a volumetric one, should not cripple any well-run site this badly. But then again, we know FA is anything but "well-run."
