Rainfurrest was an absolute blast!

lunastarbright and I got in Wednesday night after she visited my family for a day and a slight mishap at the airport (We were late to the flight! First time for everything!)

I met a whole crap-load of awesome people, as well as finally putting faces to others! I drew quite a few commissions over the convention (that I will be posting daily). I also art-jammed with a ton of lovely, talented people on Sunday! Me and Luna totally Kigu-ed it up a couple of nights. Yes, I realize I invented a verb there. We were up 'til at least 2AM or 3AM every night!

Friday, we went to PepperCoyote's concert and marveled at his incredible talent and loop machine skills! Seriously, go check his shit out!

Monday, after the con, me and Luna explored Seattle - had some amazing dim sum at Jade Garden in the International District, visited an amazing pinball machine museum and shopped at the Uwajimaya market and tried my hardest not to buy everything in the bookshop. We spent a little too much time in the Intl. District because by the time we got downtown, Pike Place was already closing up.. It's not too bad though, we ended up seeing Box Trolls together (in which the animation was ludicrously beautiful) before heading back to the hotel.

Tuesday's goodbye was really tough.. but I know I'll be seeing Luna again very soon.

Thanks to absolutely everyone who came up to my table over the weekend, it was a very great experience and one that I hope to revisit come next year!
