Terms of Service

If you do not read this, that does NOT mean you are exempt from it

Information

These terms of service are simple rules and guidelines for potential commissioners so we all get along. If these rules are broken, I reserve the right to cancel your commission with no refund. The Frequently asked questions section is still under construction but will be up soon. If you have anything you think I should add to my FAQ section, send me a note!

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason.
• The commissioner and only the commissioner has my permission to re-post or crop their commissioned piece for icons, banners, etc. as long as credit is given or/and my signature is left on it.
• It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide references of the character(s) to be drawn. I can work with written descriptions only if they are exceptionally well done. So, if your written description is turned down, be prepared to show a picture. I highly suggest using a flat-colored picture reference sheet in the first place.
  
• I reserve the right to post commissioned work in my galleries, portfolios, art books, etc. Commissions shall not be re-sold without the commissioners permission.

Payment

This section details information about how I will take payments and how refunds will work.

• Only send me a payment after I okay it. Payments sent before I okay them will automatically be returned to sender.
• I accept United States Dollars (USD). If you use another form of currency, please let me know and I can assist you.
• I take payments via Pay-pal.
• If I cannot complete a commission for some reason (Let's say I break my hand or something like that) you can either chose to wait until I can complete it or be refunded in full.
• I will not refund you if I have began to color. I will only do refunds if I am still in the sketching/line-art phase.
• Completed work is not refundable.

Editing WIPs and Altering

This section touches on what to do if mistakes are made, corrections, and edits to the work being done. These terms are absolutely non-negotiable.

• I will provide pictures of WIPs if asked to do so. I will always show a sketch and ask for approval before continuing on with the commission.
• If I make an error of my own doing it will be corrected. If the mistake is the commissioner's fault changes could cost extra, depending on how far I am in the work and how much needs to be fixed. If the work is completed, changes cannot be made.
• If you would like to change the subject I am drawing in any way, you must tell me before I begin coloring it.

Deadlines and Completion

This section includes how long I can take to complete your work and deadlines

• If you have a deadline, you must notify me before I begin your commission.
• I reserve the right to refuse a deadline if I don't believe I can make it or if it is unreasonable.
• A rush fee may apply if your deadline requires me to move other commissions in my que down.
• I reserve the right to take a reasonable amount of time on your commission. This amount of time depends on the commission's complexity and how far down it is in my que.
• I do not like being rushed. If I am rushed, badgered, or otherwise annoyed by constant questions, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. Whether or not you get a refund depends on the stage I am in with your artwork. You are more than welcome to ask me questions, ask how your piece of artwork is doing, etc. but there is such a thing as too much. Every one gets ONE warning.

What I will and will NOT draw

This section details what subjects I will and will not draw. As stated before, I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, even if it is in my "Will Draw" list.

Will Draw

Feel free to ask about anything else you may think of. This is a very condensed list. I am willing to try just about anything, but I can't always guarantee the outcome if I've never drawn it before.

• Any animal
• Hybrids
• Anthro
• Gore
• OC's
• Humans
• Made up species
• Flowers/Plants
• NSFW
• Ferals
• Anthros
• M/M, F/F, trans, herm, M/F, etc.

Will NOT draw

These are not negotiable in any way. If you don't like that I don't draw this stuff, don't commission me. If you try to get me to draw these things I will blacklist you and block you.

• I will not draw hate art against anyone or anything.
• I will not draw depictions of rape
• I will not draw "cub porn" or any depictions of sexual acts with minors.
• I will not draw bestiality
• I will not draw prostitution
• I will not draw Strip clubs
