Welcome to the 2014 MONSTER MASH Art Exchange! It's a secret-santa style exchange where you submit a character, then I scramble everyone up and give out drawing assignments so everyone gets a surprise!

This year's exchange is gonna be a little different in that there will be a SET THEME: instead of drawing each others' characters in costume, you will be drawing them as MONSTERS! If you've already got a monster/were character feel free to join with them, otherwise expect whatever character you join with to be monster-ified! You may throw out some ideas when you join such as "please draw what you think the were-version of my character would look like!" etc... otherwise expect the results to vary depending on what the artist feels like!

Let's get some quick rules out of the way!

• PLEASE, please only sign up if you will have time to finish! This is the big one! It's no fun when you do your part but somebody else doesn't do theirs. I know real life happens and if something comes up, please contact me as soon as possible, otherwise I'll have to blacklist you and adopt out the person you were drawing for.

• Any kind of character is accepted, but since we're on FA, most participants will be most comfortable with anthro-type characters. There's a preferences space in my sign up form and I try to match people up the best I can, but please keep this in mind! (Also like I said, expect your character to be CHANGED!)

• There isn't a hard quality control bar on my exchanges, but I do ask that you be comfortable with basic anatomy!

• Alternatively, don't be a snob! Artists of all sorts of skill levels will be joining and if you feel you'll have a problem receiving art below your own, please do not join.

• Remember to read your character assignment carefully. If you have any questions, direct them to me and I'll act as the middleman between you and your chosen.

• Please do not do adult artwork for this exchange.

• You may submit more than one character, but remember your chosen person only has to draw ONE of them!

• Traditional art is welcome too, just please have means of uploading a nice scan of it, especially if you don't plan on mailing it out (Though that would be nice of you!)

Sign up deadline is Friday October 3rd and posting deadline will be on Friday October 31st! Keep your eye open for the check-in journals and turn-in journals! (The turn-in journal is usually posted ~1 week before the deadline so you can turn in early if you want!)
