i've developed a habit of looking over myself in the mirror shirtless to help with my self image (it works tbh), but i've noticed that i'll always get one of three outcomes:

"eghhhhh fat eghhhhhhhhhh"
or
"well i look healthy at least and hey i have a nice face and i'm soft so i'm fine"
or, in this evening's case
"holy fucking dicks im literally bara"
