So quick trip in and out cat had clogged anal glands and possible tapeworm. Oh joy I said. So drained, traumatized and d-wormed Mr. C is fine. He has some powder stuff to put over his food for a week, but I'm glad it was nothing worse than that. Was hoping it was just a small reaction to the vaccination. Guess not, but I'll take this little issue instead of a bigger one. So thankfully it was just this and nothing more.

So its an all clear on this end.
