So a friend of the family passed away recently, and while it's not someone I was close to personally I have been dealing with the fallout of it (including but not limited to some severe drama in the affected family) since a little over a week ago and it has consumed most of my time. But now everything is over and I'm sore and tired.

I've been occupying myself with low effort entertainment like farming in Guild Wars 2, watching Let's Plays, and Bojack Horseman. I was poking at Bojack Horseman in a journal a little while ago, but the show is actually way better than I was expecting it to be. The first episode is awful, the second and third episodes aren't much better, then it starts picking up and finally gets legitimately good around episode six or so. Halfway through the season, I know, but it works fairly well for what the show wants to do. Which is to become a disarmingly bleak picture of clinical depression. I would not recommend this show as a comedy, despite marketing and appearances. It's definitely a character driven drama kind of thing that that uses a humorous tone for levity, but this stuff gets dark.

And yeah, LP's. Like the rest of humanity I've been fascinated by Five Nights at Freddy's but I definitely wouldn't have expected it to become such a porn thing. But if you guys want to bang decaying robots stuffed with dead children that's your thing I guess. Shine on you crazy diamonds.
