So my family and I recently came into some money, about 15k.

My glasses had been recently broken, I managed to glue them back together; but to be honest the huge crack down the middle of the left lens looked pretty dang ghetto.

My mother and stepfather convinced me finally that Lasik corrective surgery would be a good idea as what I would invest now in surgery would be money saved later in glasses.

Thus, I had Lasik surgery done on Wednesday, and I cannot even believe how amazing it has been.

I went from legally blind (meaning I couldn't read any of the letters below the big E on the testing chart) to 20/15!

It's a bit uncomfortable and scratchy still at times, but whoa, my eyes feel so much better not having to wear glasses while looking at screens.

Still have yet to hear back from jobs, but so far the jobs I'm mostly interested in have said they are still reviewing applications, etc. Applying for other ones as well.

My computer desk is finally set up in my room, and therefore you all will likely be seeing at least a sketch submitted everyday on here and my new Tumblr, which will soon be linked on my profile.

Yeah so that's been my life, things are still going wonderful with foxy, all that good stuff.
