So, my faithful followers, many of you are aware that 2014 has not been kind to me. Two apartment floods, one stay in the hospital with a tube down my throat, and that's just the tip of the iceberg of pain I've been trying to work around. I also had to take on a hellish summer job which has completely halted all progress on the comic. I have not finished a single comic page in about two months. Updates have only continued because I had a helluva buffer built up.

This can't continue so I'm jumping on the Patreon bandwagon and riding it as far as it will take me!

Now, the comic will remain free. I'll continue to post every page here on Weasyl. You guys even get the unrated version here, with all the sex and full frontal nudity and bodily fluids that Grandma just can't handle when she gets up in the morning to eat her Oat Bran and read my stories about half naked anthro crittiers throwing knifes at each other and tearing their clothes off. That's not gonna change!

Support or not, I'm going to continue trying to produce this comic at the fastest rate I can manage. If I can keep doing two pages a week, I'll keep doing that!

What I hope to achieve with Patreon is that with enough supporters donating 50 cents or a dollar a week I can continue to devote a sizeable portion of my week towards making comics, and not have to take on a productivity killing job whenever my semi-regular gig bottoms out on me. My pie-in-the-sky objective is to get enough supporters donating so that I'm making enough each week to quit my dayjob altogether. In which case I can work on The Sprawl all week, every week, and post new pages 4-5 days a week.

That's a long shot, I know, but dare to dream I say!

Anyways, if any of you out there are reading my comics, enjoying them, and can spare a few quarters or dollars each month to throw my way I'd be much obliged! You'd not only be helping me to eat and pay rent, but also contributing to a fantastic future world where I might be able to post more than two pages a week and continue keeping your window to the world of The Sprawl open for years to come!
