Wait, what’s Patreon?

For those of you who don’t know what Patreon is, here’s a quick summary:
It’s a crowdfunding site, that lets you support your favourite creators, either on a monthly basis or every time they finish a creation. You can pay what you want for content that is otherwise free, and in return, creators can reward their patrons depending on how much money they give.

What’s in it for us?

We think Patreon is a good way to help us keep B.I.B.L.E. up and running while slowly raising funds for things we have planned in the future, such as printing the remaining volumes of Rebound.
As things are now, everything we earn from the comic, stays with the comic. Maybe some sunny day we will be able to pay ourselves, but you can be sure that if you support us, the main purpose is to support the comic, not pay for our rent and groceries.

What’s in it for you?

While B.I.B.L.E. always have and always will be free to read, we will give you some extra perks as a supporter on Patreon. Depending on how much money you decide to throw at us, this includes Patreon exclusive concept art, behind-the-scenes stuff and other fun things like in-depth world building notes and even personalized artwork or comic related requests for those who are feeling extra generous. On top of these personal rewards, we have a handful of funding goals that, when met, will get us working on various things that will benefit all patrons (or even all readers).

How is this going to work?

Due to our kind of sporadic updates, our Patreon will use a “Pay per comic page” model so that you’ll never get less content for your money than what is agreed on.
“Per comic page? That sounds scary, what if you suddenly update four or five times a month?! That’ll ruin me!” No worries, friend, Patreon has got your back! If such a miracle of five pages a month should occur, you won’t pay any more than you want to. When you set up your profile, you can decide on a monthly maximum that is allowed to be taken from you. This is a very nice way to ensure that you never give away more money than your budget can handle, no matter how many updates we make. Neat, huh?
