Country musician Billy Dean had a 1996 single called That Girl’s Been Spyin’ on Me (Shapiro/Barnes). I’ve been thinking of how one might apply the song to a video or a skit where Secret sings about how Penny cracked his “love code.”

The original lyrics fit well enough that they wouldn’t need much tweaking—heck, it could just about be a straight cover. Girl becomes squirrel, blue eyes becomes brown eyes, and people becomes critters.

Hmmm. I should flesh this out with a storyboard or at least a script.
