Pet opinions! by NamelessDork

Soo, Next month, or the month following, I'll finally get to get a pet after like.. forever.
I used to have two hamsters and a dog, and a parrot. I currently have a very affectionate cat.
I am only allowed a rodent pet or a bird pet.

Rats and mice are out of the question, not that I don't like them, I do, but its a thing that bothers my mother.

But I want to know some opinions/experiences, rodent or bird? Which is better?

Reptiles are cool, but I'd rather something I have some experience with, I know nothing on care taking them, even if you list all the needed things lol.

why are they not an option there a rodent?

        • Link

They are not rodents, they are mustelids. There's a difference.

they get classified as rodents all the time?

            • Link

I've never seen it. They don't even have rodent as a form of classification. They are Weasels, Weasels aren't rodents.
