sorry, been a little sick by CatnelD

It all started when I was at work. My chest was hurting all the way down my left arm. More like a Pressure in my chest... steady like a weight. I called my General physician, (I work for a Cardiologist, by the way.) to make an appointment. They told me to go directly to the ER. Well I called my husband and told me to take me to the ER. (I work at a Cardiologist that has an Office attached to the Hospital that has an ER.) But I went to an ER across town to a Hospital that is highly rated for treating "CardioVascular disease", and I would thought it'd be weird to have my EMPLOYER to attend to me.

Long story short: I got Blood drawn, got bruised, nitroglycerin gives you one damn migraine, and apparently my heart skips beats a lot but is OTHERWISE healthy. I had to take a stress test and had a Echo cardiogram wand stuck into my ribs while I tried hard to keep my heart rate up to 180beats per minute.

Now, after all the Pain and suck I ended up with a virus. Sneezing, coughing, sore throat and malaise. No Fever, although it might just be a slight one at night since I cannot sleep when I am dying from it being so hot in the house. (Which it isn't really hot, it's just my body being stupid.) My husband is afraid that my cold has gotten worse and turned to Pneumonia. I don't know, I highly doubt it.

I missed one and a half days of work during that time, only because I didn't want the Doctor's patients to get what I had, the next day I wore a mask. My voice sounded hoarse for days and at times it gets hoarse if I talk too much. I have been going to bed early in hopes that sleeping will make the cold leave faster.

Sorry to have written a book, but that is about why I have been very quiet for the past few days.

Keeping you updated,
Catnel
