Progressing slowly, but now more or less back on track. Took a while, but I'm getting back in the boat. As again, there's still room, just leave me a note!
As you can see, my queue is almost empty now :)

Tablet and news

I can say the last week has been a bit busy. The first half of the week saw me hit by one of the biggests colds I'd had in a longest while and a crash while trying to use my new tablet on my laptop(without even streaming) which forced me to reformat the laptop. Also found myself having to receive guests a couple of times during the week.
During the second half of the week, I've been mostly busy dealing with the aftermath of tech issues, as I tried to put back my laptop in working order. I mused the idea of reinstalling my old wacom intuos tablet on it for a while, in the idea of possibly making it a streaming rig but finally decided against it.
This said, when went to downloads the driver for my monoprice tablet, I found out that on the 29th of april they finally updated the drivers which before then had been last updated only back in october 2013.
As of now, I now finally have a proper dual screen support with my tablet which I had been lacking when I had originally received it, and I can confirm a much greater stability when doing artwork in regular condition after thorough testing.
Pretty much, I am now satisfied enough of it's performances in normal conditions that I feel confident enough to test my tablet with my laptop for private test streams to see if it remains so stable in streaming conditions or if it will buckle up like it used to.
The laptop will be an excellent test bed for such as, before it's reformating, it was the most unstable of my two computer as a streaming platform and even when it came to regular art(the crash which forced me to reformat it happened when I was using my tablet outside of streaming).

If Streaming performances are satisfactory, I may prepare the desktop for a similar reformating and then resinstalation of the tablet with the updated drivers. So I'll be crossing my fingers on that.

Art Practices and Pricelist

As it happened, I didn't had as much time to focus on creating the pricelist as I wanted, though I've slowly made some progresses on it. This said, the thorough experimenting with the tablet and trying to get the most of it with the new drivers to test it's capabilities in varied situations or using different(sometimes more ressources-intensive) tools has given me plenty of time to practice art, and thus to experiment with varied techniques. While I'm not decided yet if I'll fully return to a pricelist based system instead of time based for livestreams such probably won't happen until I have a thorough and extremely detailed pricelist model ready. In the meanwhile, when I'm streaming I'm experimenting as said with varied techniques and checking how much time different techniques, levels of drawings/paintings or different subjects take me to complete as I slowly try to decide upon the prices that would be associated for each.
In the end, I would like such a pricelist to be able to cover not only different levels and types of drawings, but also cover adjustments for time-intensive subjects as covered by backgrounds, characters requiring extra-details more than normal due to either outit, equipment or anatomy and so on and to basically have visual examples for the whole of it for commissioner's refference.
