I'll note Frenden is a professional artist who may also be known for the custom brush sets he produced for not only for Manga Studio software but also photoshop, alongside the many reviews he has written on many graphic tablets models: http://frenden.com/

Personally, I'd reccomend Manga Studio 5 as a software. Using many of Frenden's brushes, it's let me pretty much more or less replace Corel Painter for a much lower cost.
