Migrating My Stream To Furstream! Also new icon! by betsy
Hey everyone!
So last night streaming was quite the disaster! Livestream was being a total fart all day to beginwith and it kept kicking us all out and messing with atleast half the chat. Moved over to my dusty Justin.tv channel and it had considerable lag and a lot of people were seeing nothing on the screen.
So I was urged to try Furstream...and boy let me tell you what, I love it. The set-up is really nice, the chat is small, the screen is big and clear, little to no issues except for being disconnected around 2am lol.

Furstream had actually warned on their main page that 'they are having problems specifically with disconnection issues'. etc, so their disconnection problems may continue, I don't know.
'A few problems, will be working on them this weekend/next week.'
I was going to suggest to you http://www.tigerdile.com/ - they want a low amount of paid money after the first month, but then, they seem to be rock solid, plenty of features, and well recommended. (This was the one I was talking about that jonas uses, perhaps you can ask him about it too?

I just came up on the to do list for furstream, for features to be added at some point, among them: android/iOS viewing, Multi stream view (something like the page
set up on tumblr) and HTML5 video, which is far less resource hungry than flash video. Hell yea I'm sold for sure now, just moved my stream over for good.

LiveStream HATES my computer with a virtual fiery passion. For the past couple years when I try to stream stuff, it never wants to cooperate, let alone the latentcy/lag between audio and visuals is horrendous. Found that UStream works perfectly for me and does what livestream hasnt wanted to.
Also, that icon is adorable as all get out
