Hello all, Assilsasta here again with a friendly announcement.

For all you saps out there that real the shit I post here and seem to love it, I have a treat for you this time around. I have posted two stories, they happen back to back.

First is the Aftermath, everything that poor Mayor Steven Archer has to go through as he tries to figure out just what he thinks he is doing with this strange eagle that some how captivated him before she knocked out the biggest political asshole in the town. There is a lot of comedy beside the drama in this one as we watch the Mayor walk deeper into the eccentric world of the Dark Riders. For those who have read from the beginning, you will see more of Alex in her confused state as she tries to deal with an aspect of her life that she has no control over.

Second is the first installment of what I am going to call Mouse Bait. This is a collection of side stories dealing with only Daisy the moose and our ever so easily panicked Cecily. These stories will have little more than cameos of other characters as I try to focus on the time the girls(?) spend together. For all you furverts, you can guess what that means. This one is about 5,000 words worth of "WTFery" and "OMFG where does that mouse come up with this shit?"

In both stories I leave a hint of the next chapter in the separate lines. Also keep an eye out for Lilliana's out of town trip. We are wreaking havoc in more places as the Dark Rider's influence spreads. I am really not sure what my collaborators seem to jump at the craziest Ideas I have, but it makes for fun writing, even if it is crappy reading.

Other things to note:
The next chapter of "The Forest Through the Trees" is finished and will be posted in the next few days, along with the next "Fletchers" story.

My new Story, "Feathers, Fur, and Shadows", staring two finches and a mained wolf, seems to be vary popular. I hope I can continue the popularity of the story and perhaps one day see the popular section of the main page (keep dreaming you same).

Also keep an eye out for my characters appearing in other writers work as they cross between cities and storyline. If those cameos go anything like the simple one scene we planed for "The Geart Cruise Debokle" then they will likely end up destroying the world, or making it a better place by way of insanity and Lapua sniper rifles.

I also have three other projects in the works, as well as a massive crossover involving characters from most, if not all, of my collaboration partners. There is a lot of exciting things to come as I continue to work my way out of my two month doldrum and get back into a good place IRL with all the things that have changed in my personal life.
