Well Here we go, I'm opening up USD Commissions to help pay for my college tuition, Transportation and some for my mom to help her by. I'll show examples through email if you are interested. Well yes to both the storyboard and character design if you have them done. Maybe, it depends if my college schedule isn't too packed by then.
