What hardware haven't you tested yet? Normally video cards will have more info, they'll tell you which dll failed, and usually the bluescreen will hint if it's hardware or software.
with this. With how odd this error is, and how seemingly random it's being, my guess would be faulty ram, or a failing/underpowered PSU. Won't know for sure unless you find a way to recreate this problem though. Try and -make- it crash, that way you can play trial and error with the hardware.
