Hey folks! Just wanted to write out a more complete ToS and such for streamed commissions and things, since I'm new at this and getting the hang of it. Also, remember, you don't HAVE to join my streams in order to commission me, nor does your commissioned work have to be done in a stream, though I'm offering that option now for people who want to see their art being worked on. =) I'm also updating my general commission info sheet, but since I somehow lost the layered file, I'm having to rebuild it from scratch, and it's slow going. I don't expect things to change much from what they already are, though.

As always, if you have questions, just ask!

Stream Rules:

1. Be polite! Respect the Mods. Treat others the way you’d want to be treated.

2. No excessive RP. Occasional actions and poses are fine, but please don’t start a scene in the chat.

3. Please don’t spam, and please label any links to NSFW content.

4. No freebie requests. I’ll let you know if I’m open to having ideas thrown at me.

5. Use common sense!

Terms of Service:

1. Media and Changes - I’m a traditional artist who works in Real Media™ (graphite, ink pens, watercolor, gouache, marker, etc). I draw and paint everything by hand, then scan it and clean it up a little in GIMP before I post it. If I am doing inked or color work for you, you MUST make me aware of any desired changes BEFORE I have moved on to permanent media. I do not have an undo tool like a digital artist. I will give you the opportunity for changes and edits at each phase, within reason. Make sure you communicate with me! If you don't speak up, that's on you, not me. Otherwise, I'm going to go on my interpretation of whatever references you've given me.

2. "Private" Commissions - I am not a fan of taking on work where I cannot post the finished product. I've done it on occasion when someone has asked for a commission to be kept private, but ultimately if I finish a piece of art, I'm going to want to show it off. I would ask that my commissioners please keep this preference of mine in mind if you choose to commission me. I'm totally okay with leaving names off of pieces, but I really, really don't like to be told "Oh, and you can't post this when you're done,". IF you have spoken with me and made arrangements beforehand, I will be happy to respect your wishes, but please don't change your mind halfway through a streamed piece and tell me I can't post the finished art. It makes me cranky and unlikely to want to work with you again.

3. "Surprise" Commissions - Things that are meant as gifts or surprises (PLEASE make sure you have the consent of the person whose characters are involved) that need to be kept private until a certain time or a later date are totally okay.

4. Trades - Unless you have already spoken with me and worked out something to the contrary, if I open for stream-slot commissions, I will NOT take art trades as stream slots. These are for paying customers only.

5. Claiming a Slot - Stream slots are first-come, first served at this time. You must be present in my stream to claim a slot, and unless we have come to other arrangements, I will not hold slots for later streaming dates. Finishing art does take some time. If I reach your slot and you don't respond, I will move on to the next one, and do yours after I finish that one. If for some reason I can't finish your confirmed slot during that stream, I may give you first crack at a slot the next time I'm streaming. This is one of the few instances where I'll reserve a slot. Full color, full size pieces may be finished over the course of multiple streams.

6. Prices and Payment - Prices are for single character pieces, and are also posted on my Tigerdile Banner. PLEASE don't pay me until I've at least confirmed your slot! It's hard to keep track of things, otherwise.

Refined (shaded) Pencil sketch - $25.00

Inks - $35.00

Full Color - $50.00

Color 4.5x6 Art Card - $25.00

Additional Characters - $10.00 - $20.00, depending on media

Any streamed commission MUST be paid for during, or before completion. I will not post any scans of the image until payment has cleared. All commissioners are entitled to a full-rez scan of their piece, just ask! Shipping for 9″x12″ commissions is +$5 US and +$15 International. Art cards ship free!

7. Payment options - PLEASE don't pay me until I've at least confirmed your slot! It's hard to keep track of things, otherwise.
