Today I continued my maths project before starting a new game of Dark Souls since Sorcerer is apparently hard mode in early game ('cause Dark Souls isn't hard enough already). I'm now playing as a Thief and I actually know about stat scaling on weapons and armor now, so it's pretty awesome. Played for a bit and already almost made to where my Sorcerer is within 1/3 of the time, though I'm stuck on a boss that's, ironically, easier with Sorcerers. Oh well, I stopped after a bit since I had to study for my first final exam of the semester, initiation to video game development. It went better than I expected, but it was also harder than I expected, if that makes sense. I don't think I'll get higher than 75% but that'd still be satisfying seeing as I hadn't studied half of what was on the exam (I focused on other subjects that apparently didn't matter).
Came back home early, played some more Dark Souls but I was really tired by that point so I wasn't doing real good. Decided I might as well watch videos instead, so I relaxed for the rest of the evening I'm also getting sick, I think. Woke up and the thing at the back of my throat had gotten an infection again and was starting to swell; it already hurts when I swallow but since I had that issue a few months ago, I know what to do to make it better and not worse, so it should heal fairly quickly this time. Thankfully my oral presentation was last week, eh?
