So about two weeks ago I saw a game design contest on Gamasutra for a space themed game that didn't involve humans of any kind. I read it, and thought why not? So I typed up a game design pitch in about 500 words (that was the limit), and sent it in. Images were optional and I was really upset I didn't finish the images in time, but being optional I figured it didn't matter and I didn't want to rush them.

So today was the day the results were posted. I didn't get an email or newsletter, so it took some digging on their site to find the winners. I looked at the first page and didn't see my name, so I figured expected...then looked on the last page. And there was my name. SO FRIKIN' HAPPYYYYY. On the first page they accidentally copied another winners name twice (not sure how that happened), but I don't care. My stuff is on there. XD
