Yo sorry for being slow with like-- everything??
I've been feeling kinda down lately, and when I'm not feeling mentally down I always seem to have something shitty going on with my body like a headache, or wrist pain, or right now I have this annoying muscle/nerve twinge thing going on with my face from I think constantly squinting at a computer screen super late at night (and not getting enough sleep to recover)
I also kinda fell into a small drawing rut for a bit where I didn't really want to complete anything so that was a bit problematic
But I'm getting stuff done again! I've been sketching like a mad woman, and I've been working on busts and I'm doing my commissions again so-- good stuff v u v
I also have this insane desire to start typing more frequently, which I'm going to force myself to act on once I'm more stable with my drawing work ethic.
Also it looks like I'm going to Otakon this year with my friend so that's a nice positive thing to look forward to! I won't have a table or anything like Katsucon, but I really enjoyed going to Otakon last year (it was my first con) so I'm looking forward to it! We're probably staying with my sister, who lives in the area, so that'll effectively cut $100+ off the cost of the con for each of us in avoiding hotel fees ; u ;
ALSO I'm reading again-- which is something I haven't done frequently since I finished high school in 2011. I've been rereading the Warriors books like wildfire and I'm already halfway through the fourth book!
ALSOOOOO I'm exercising more by walking the dog a lot so that's a big plus and is making me feel better about myself. It's nice having her around because I was really nervous about walking to the park ever since a group off asshole high school boys harassed me there;;
SO YEAH, kinda feeling a bit more positive about things all around. I'm gonna try and have some nice things up soon-- and I have a ton of sketches to deposit here as well! lD
I kinda want to post some of my old art for kicks too lol
