Ladies, gentlemen and children of all ages, I am pleased to present....myself.

Hello there I'm Altallo, a relatively new writer to the furry fadom (I have written before though). So far I only have 1 chapter of my huge story, progress being slow due to university issues (leaving the place and establishing a new place at another university-the current one is a total mess :(, will be glad to leave) and lack of free time, but I hope to have more soon.

Ok so, how do I describe what I write? Well my main writing is 1 huge novel-like story, about an ancient race of extraterrestrial beings called Eternals who leave they're cold home planet to study other worlds and gather plant and animal specimens, as well as studying the sentient life, both to seed their world and to create a giant library of everything they record....oh and I created them when I was 7 for a school project...my teacher was pretty stunned by this I can tell you :O

The story follows the main character, an Eternal named Altallo (a combination of Atlas and Apollo) as he journeys from the crystal (literally-their planet is made of crystal and has an internal structure full of corridors o.o) world he knows to a new world, a tiny planet called Earth, 6 billion years ago. It basically follows through the history of Earth...or at least a Earth. There are humans later on, but there are also anthro characters and mythological creatures too.

Add to that a brother/sister race called Epithedrials who are a bit more complex. All Eternals more or less share a common belief that there are no truely good or evil people, but that you should search for the good in them. Some Epithedrials share this ideal, while some believe it is wrong and are frightened by other races, believing that they're greed and anger will only lead to war and devistation across the universe. Angered by the Eternal's "cowardness", these Epithedrials leave (regarding the Epithedrial who share the Eternal's views as "inferior") to try and convince other races-see the "right" way of living, but soon change tactics to total obliteration of all other sentient life after some drastic changes. What I'm trying to show is that, yes what they do is evil, but they're not evil, just doing what they think is right-and in a strange way, you can see what they mean-if it was just them all by themselves, there would be peace...but hollow peace.

So there's that diachotomy going on, with a huge battle with Epithedrials verses the Eternals and their allies.

Aside from that, there a lot of other side stories and character journeys. Theres a few chapters devoted to dragons in the Medieval age being hunted, and Altallo helping them escape (because dragons are awesome), the chapter I'm working on now has dinosaurs in it and so many more--including other alien races, the giant reptillian Tythonians and the bird-like Trakenians. And also history-but not in a boring way, Altallo visits Ancient Egypt, the Crusading kingdoms in Palestine and Mexico during the age of the Aztec Empire.

Oh and I forgot to mention, Atallo himself looks human-he's 5' tall, slim and looks as though he's aged around 16 or 17. Eternals evolve on the planet they are studying, therefore Altallo looks like the main sentient beings on Earth-humans. Thats not to say he's whimpy and whiny-he's a strong little character, partially based on myself, since I can be pretty bouncy and happy, but also firey if needed-for example if someone starts acting all creepy or aggressive at me. :/

A couple of other points I'd like to point out about these stories:

1. They have no porn or sexual contact at all. These are clean stories and are supposed to build up a unique universe (hopefully!). I'm not against sexual content:
   
   a) I feel it can get dull at times, just banging peeps left right and centre.
   
   b) I just don't want to.
   
   The story is also aimed at a universal audience, not just adults. There are some dark bits in the story, not too many, but then again most kids stories have dark bits in them-look at the fairy tales and Roald Dahl.
   
   Again not against sex--some porn stories are great, but I don't want to them.

2. No fettish things, no inflation, no vore (which I admit I really hate), no random macros stomping about...because they're really not nessecary in this story.

3. NO PONIES! Yes the main theme of this is tolerance--with the placid and deep thinking Eternals and the shallow and biased Epithedrials, but no ponies. I just wanted to get that out of the way, just in case there are some out there who start demanding ponies...don't even like ths show anyway.

4. Its made for entertainment. There is humour and adventure and big settings--part of the story is the sheer scale of it. You have other planets, giant Egyptian tombs and palaces, an Aztec temple, castles, battlefields, mountains, forests, spaceships.

It probably won't be perfect, but I just want to entertain the reader without going to extreme creepy fettishes and all that. Its for a broad audience and also to sort of breathe new life into writing.

so erm...what do you think of the premise? I haven't explained too much, since I don't want to spoil too much, so appologies there >3<
