So, I'm married! by Rooibos
Long story short, my partner, Nettle and I have been planning on getting married for the past year or so. We've been in Lubbock, TX for the past week and decided that we'd take a day to drive over to New Mexico to get married (gay marriage is legal there, woo hoo!) So, we did that yesterday in ROSWELL! Better yet, we found an amazing person to give us a 'mini ceremony' in which we fasted our hands and jumped over a broom! I feel so honored, lucky, and happy that I was able to do this during our short trip and that our best friend, Quaggy was able to be there as a witness.
I usually don't talk about super personal stuff on art websites, but I thought this was important! I'm so happy to be able to call her my wife after these nine wonderful years. ♥
