-COMMISSIONS-

-I accept commissions on a first come, first served basis. I have 5 slots, and once those slots are filled, no more commissions will be accepted until ALL the slots are emptied. No person may take more than 2 slots at a time.

-I do accept NSFW commissions, as long as no heavier fetishes I'm uncomfortable with are involved. This includes but is not limited to vore, heavy bondage, hypers, fat furs, balloons, inflation, macro, watersports, feet, incest involving parent and child or similar, transformation, diapers, scat, pregnancy, oviposition, and rape.

-All commissions, including NSFW, will be uploaded to all of my galleries I can possibly upload them to, uncensored and unedited.

-There are bound to be a few certain things I simply will not draw. This is up to my discretion.

-Prices shown may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your commission. For example, including several characters or detailed backgrounds may increase the price.

-Please be patient with me; I'm not a fast worker when it comes to art. However, if I take longer than a month to finish your commission, I will give you a 10% discount on it. This excludes looped animations and digital paintings. Also note that the completion of speedpaints does not count towards this.

-I will expect you to send payment within 4 weeks of your commission being agreed upon. That is, once we agree on what your commission is exactly and what the price is, you have 4 weeks to send payment.

-I will send you a sketch of your commission before I work on it any further, so that you can either approve of it or ask for changes. Please note that if you ask for changes that would be difficult or time-consuming to make, I may charge an extra $1 or $2.

-You may repost your commission to your own gallery AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT ME FOR IT. Just because you paid for it, does not mean you get to use it without giving credit where credit is due.

-Speaking of credit, if you don't tell me who to credit for what fursona/OC/etc., I'm going to assume they all belong to you.

-I will not draw any character with no accurate visual reference. The only exception to this is reference sheet commissions.

-Changes to your commission may ONLY be made during the sketch phase. Once I've gotten your approval to go further, that's it. I'm not making changes after that.

-Once your submission is uploaded, it's FINAL. I'm not changing anything after it's done, save for a mistake such as forgetting to add my watermark or forgetting to color a certain spot, or something like that. This does not include a mistake made due to lack of a proper reference or information regarding the character(s) drawn. When I send you the sketch, that's your chance to ask for changes.

-If there is a mistake with PayPal so as you've sent payment for a commission/adoptable, but for some reason I've never received it, I will still expect to be paid. If you contact them explaining the situation and it still doesn't get taken care of after 2 or 3 weeks, then I will STILL expect to be paid. I already take commissions at very cheap prices—for how long they take to make, I'm being paid less than minimum wage on all of them. I realize that such a mistake wouldn't be the commissioner's fault in any way, but it wouldn't be my fault either, and I have absolutely no intention whatsoever of working without being paid unless I've done something to cause that somehow. If you need extra time to pay after such an incident, then I will give you that, but if you refuse to pay me for your commission, it will be taken offline and you will no longer have permission to keep it in your gallery. If this happens with payment for an adoptable, you will not own that adoptable. If this happens and you do nothing to attempt to fix the problem, I most likely won't want to do business with you anymore. The same applies if it happens multiple times and I still end up without payment, regardless of whether you've tried to send it. This also applies to dA points. I'm not blaming anyone that this happens to, but like I said, I'm not working for free.

-ADOPTABLES-

-Characters are sold on a first come, first served basis. Whoever claims it first gets it. However, you do not own the character until you pay for it.

-I don't mind if you make small changes to the character after buying it, but I would prefer that you don't change much.

-These characters are ONLY designs. They do not have personalities, backstories, etc. attached to them. You get to decide all of that when you buy the character.

-REMIXES-

-As with other commission types, I accept remix commissions on a first come, first served basis. I have 3 remix commission slots, and once they're taken up, I won't accept more until ALL of them are empty.

-The exact price of a remix will depend on several factors including length, complexity, genre, and other things that may be specified by the commissioner.

-Note that there are MANY themes I am unable to remix. I don't yet have the skill to transcribe music myself, so if a MIDI doesn't exist for a theme, or can't be feasibly ripped, then I can't remix it.

-I will also do remixes of songs not related to video games at all, provided a MIDI exists for them. However, if you want to have actual singing added to it, that costs extra and will take significantly longer to complete, as I would have to get one or two or my friends to do it. The additional charge goes to them, not me. Both male and female voices are available.

-Lyrics may be added to video game themes. However, the commissioner will have to write them, as I don't have the skill to do so.

-ORIGINAL DESIGNS-

-The exact price will depend on how complex you want the design to be, and how specific you request it to be. The more complex the design, and the less room I'm given for input, the higher the price.

-Note that even though some of the examples show multiple designs, the price ranges given are for ONE design. If you want more, you will have to pay more.

-All designs will be in the flat color or flat shading style. Flat shading will cost slightly more.

-These count towards my 5 visual art commission slots.

Please send me a note or PM if you're interested in buying a commission or character. I'll respond when I can. Even if you're not looking to buy something, I do accept tips and donations (I don't NEED them by any means, I just won't say no to them if you decide to give them).
