Go to your settings, go to submission folders, and scroll right to the bottom. Where you can edit your folders, click the folder you want to change the settings of, and click "This is a featured submission folder." Refer to this: https://www.weasyl.com/help/folders#featured-submissions

I'm not sure what the featured thing is. It could be one with so much faves, and/or the one with the most faves. Correct me if I'm wrong. There's forums for asking this but I'm happy with just a weasyl account not a wesyl+forum account.
