Detailed Commission Terms of Service

Am I open to commissions?: There will be updates on the profile page saying if I am open, and I will also post journals should there be any open commission slots. I do not have waiting lists for paid commissions, and it a first come first service since I do not like to keep people waiting.
There will also be auctions, and /or sales of various themes and conditions occasionally.

This guide is subject to changes in the future, so I will keep everyone notified.

Cell Shading
Price: USD 40.00
A colored cell shaded bust/illustration with clean smooth lines

+$15 for each additional character
+$5 for a simple background
+$20 for a complex background scenery
+$20 for adult/explicit theme

Characters with intricate/overall detailed designs, extra limbs such as wings, legs, arms, tails, etc. will be charged extra ($2-5)

Smooth lineart
Price: USD 25.00
Clean Smooth Lineart

+$10 for each additional character
+$5 for a simple background
+$20 for a complex background scenery
+$20 for adult/explicit theme

Characters with intricate/overall detailed designs, extra limbs such as wings, legs, arms, tails, etc. will be charged extra ($2-5)

Painted Sketch
Price: USD 55.00
A painterly rendered sketch

+$15 for each additional character

Color Flats
Price: USD 35.00
A color flats sketch

Line art Sketch
Price: USD 20.00
A loosely rendered Sketch

+10 for each additional character
+$5 for a simple background
+$20 for a complex background scenery
+$20 for adult/explicit theme

Characters with intricate/overall detailed designs, extra limbs such as wings, legs, arms, tails, etc. will be charged extra ($2-5)

Reference sheet Base
Price: USD 50.00
A reference sheet with two colored poses, a color palette, text, and a simple background, clean only.

Extra poses, and details will be charged extra

+$10 for an additional colored pose
+$7 for an additional pose, line art only
+$5 for an additional colored detail shot of your character's features, facial expressions, props, etc.
+$20 for adult/ NSFW theme ( to show character's genitals, and/or nudity)

Characters with intricate/overall detailed designs, extra limbs such as wings, legs, arms, tails, etc. will be charged extra ($2-5 depending on complexity)

A well written physical visual description of the character is required to start on the sheet.
Client is responsible for any text they wish to provide on the reference sheet, otherwise, only the character's name will appear on the sheet, and nothing else.

Badges
Price: USD 25.00
Con Badges made with Copic markers on Bristol paper. (3" by 5")

Sketch page ref sheet (base)
Price: USD 30.00
A sketch page filled with dynamic poses of your character, basically a quicker, inexpensive alternative to a ref sheet. Contains one color pose, and three line art poses.One character only

+$15 for an additional colored pose
+$10 for an additional pose, line art only
+$5 for an additional colored detail shot of your character's features, facial expressions, props, etc.
+$20 for adult/ NSFW theme ( to show character's genitals, and/or nudity)

Important I require an existing visual reference sheet in order to accept a sketch page reference sheet.

What I will draw/can't draw:

I am willing to draw:Humans, Anthros, Any species, Ferals, Weapons and Armor, Wings,, Sci-fi, Any Gender, Drug use, Most body-types within reason, Most Non-Sexual themes, Food, Props, Any Orientation, NSFW/Pornographic art.

NSFW Content: Macro/Micro, Bondage, Transformation, Pregnancy,Gore, Violence

I will not draw: Rape, babyfur (clean or adult), diapers, extreme body types (fat fur, muscle, hyper), bestiality, feral porn, extreme sexual fetishes.

If you're not sure that your fetish/content is on the list, you can message me and I will answer your question.

While I do work fast, sometimes commissions will take more than a couple days and possibly weeks if not a month or so depending on the complexity of work. However 2 to 3 weeks is the usually time for a commission. I do have a rush fee that will prioritize your commission to be done ,and delivered As Soon As Possible, the fee ranging from 50%-100% of the total price depending on the complexity of the commission.

I accept PayPal as my way of payment for the time being. I require at least 50% of the payment after showing a rough thumbnail/ rough sketch of the art work.. Payment must be received in full before final work is delivered.

The prices I charge are thoroughly reasonable for the quality and speed of my work. While I am open to negotiations, but I am fully aware that I am charging fandom prices compared to industry standard prices(which are at least 5 times cheaper than what is mentioned in the Graphic Artists Guild Handbook : Pricing & Ethical Guidelines), so I will stand firmly with my prices. The commission/art work cannot be used for monetary and/or commercial gain unless given permission by the Artist. No posting, duplication or reproduction of the work is allowed without artist's/commissioner's permission. All rights belong to the artist/creator of the work. All accepted commissions and artwork will be used as samples for the gallery/portfolio, unless the client with written and expressed permission not to.
