I can't speak for others, but it's okay with me. Every once in a while people just need to let it out in some form or other. I understand not wanting to drag it all online, but i don't think there's anything wrong with it myself and it also does the dual effect of letting people know what's going on if it's affecting you're availability and will allow for understanding. Not trying to encourage you to make a habit of it since you don't seem interested in that, just trying to let you know that it's not something to feel real guilty about when done on the occasion.
