I've always heard what great pets fancy rats can be, and intelligence is right on up there even if it isn't the first thing to mind when you think about them. But the average six year max life span is just killer. :c

They are adorable <3 It's amazing how quick and intelligent rodents are...once they figure something out-you can never trick them again. When I did research on em they were crazy liket hat. I used to have gerbils that would come by name too, and my mice now if you call one of their names they all come running looking for food haha
