I'm having a bad day. by Jellybats

This morning I managed to accidentally delete my whole art WIP folder, which included some lovely YCH sketches and a FINISHED twin keldeocest picture which was going to be part of a larger NSFW pokemon portfolio to sell.

I'M REALLY SAD ABOUT IT. I'M SURE SOME OF YOU CAN RELATE, what's the worst thing you've ever lost data-wise

I'm having a bad day.

        it used to happen a lot, I had to get it wiped constantly due to computer failure

          Ohhhh, dang that's kind of a bummer. :/ I almost lost my hard drive when the same thing happened to me, was really lucky that they were able to recover most of it. I should be more diligent backing up my files, but...

            I honestly don't think they even tried to recover mine. I think they just took the lazy way out honestly

    Ah no way to compare to the first comment but more than half of my music and generally most of the stuff on my old laptop, so little was recovered. I feel your pain man.

      Music can be hard. I had a friend lose all of her music once, and by "all of her music" i mean "every song she had collected since middle school" (and she was 6 years into college). She's moved on haha, but it hit her pretty hard when it happened.

        WOW... that's so much music too .---.;; That happened to my friend a few times as she was my music bank and her laptop was like... wiped clean by Apple. Sad junk cause all those songs you forget a lot of them. Wow.

          for real, especially those songs that don't have an album or songs that weren't even legitimately released, like mashups someone made online or somethin.

    Fortunately most of 'em was re-downloadable.

      Save data however is non-existant. Starting all over for each and every title for me.

        Ahh oh no!! Love that things are re-downloadable though, there's that at least.

        I'm pretty okay with starting most games over but if I were to lose my ACNL file... god...

    Ouch...That's a bummer...

    As for my experience with data loss, not that much. Worst that happened was me losing an entire external hard drive of music and films.

      That can be hard though ahaha. I used to get very nervous when in danger of losing my music but after it happening a couple of times I just said you know what, if I can't remember it well enough to re-purchase/download it, it's not much of a loss.
