Questions! by Junga

Heyo!

Sorry I've been inactive lately. School is kinda demanding right now. While I have a couple of minutes of free time, I have a few of questions for my viewers.

  • What kind of content do you expect from me? Is it sketches or general furry stuff or paintings or traditional or what? What are you most interested in that I do?
  • Which do you prefer - Frequent submissions of small sketches or a monthly large submission of many sketches?
  • How would you feel if I posted design work from school and personal work? Being a design major, I'm really interested in it and want to spread it around, but I understand this is a furry site and most people wouldn't be interested. I'm just wondering what your opinion of it is.
  • Speaking of design, would anyone be interested in design work as commissions? (Business cards, logos, etc.)
  • How are you?

You don't have to answer all of these, but I would love some feedback from you guys.
Thanks!

Any type of content is valid. Seeing sketches is always really fun for me. For these, people do tend to make monthly "big compilation" images, and I do feel that works best, but if there is a specific sketch you like a lot more than the rest, it's never wrong to post it by itself.

And Weasyl isn't purely a furry site, you can post just about any kind of artwork in here. So go wild!

    • just do your thing c: draw what you like! and along with that, share what you like as well

    • I always prefer quality images uploaded, and sketches to be put into dumps... usually

    • sorry to say I prefer to design my own things, but I'm sure others would be interested c:

    • how am I? uh. iffy. ECK.

    • I'm with Emily on this question, do your own gig. Personally, I watch artists for what their specific content and style offers, not for what they do to please crowds. I mean, it's A-Okay to work on things that one knows makes people happy, but it's the unique ways of each artist that makes things worth watching, ya know.

    • I like small frequent posts, weather it be from doodles to fine pieces, just because if there is a simple sketch that was posted on a large mass sketch post, I can't get a fantastic view of said sketch if it's cluddered up in a mass; and I can't see the finer details of said sketch when it's a small part of a big post, for zooming in looses the quality. It's just a preference thing, and I am a big fan of doodles; but then again, do what works with you best. People work better under their own preferences

    • CUSS YEAH, post your school work! It's art isn't it? There is no harm in posting non-furry art on a furry targeted website, there is no rule that say's you ONLY can post furry art. Plus, it would be really cool to see what your doing in school and see your progress from your lessons.

    • Um, again, I'm with Emily; being an artist, I would rather just design my own things. BUT, you should still put the offer out there. It shows commissioners what your capable of, and it widens your options to buy from. If you have the skill, might as well offer it to as many people as you can, ya know.

-How am I doing? I'm doing FANTASTIC! It's finally warming up here in the Chicago Area, my social life has been through the roof lately with people in real life (I much prefer real socializing, rather than internet socializing, when I can help it). And best of all, I am soon to be hired at job I have been wanting. I will be working at a place called "Skyhigh Sports," which is essentially and a huge trampoline fun house, and I'll have an income with that job, which I sorely miss, since I have been unemployed since last November.

How's life treatin' you? how's school going?

Thanks! I might post my design stuff later this week hehe. And that's awesome that things are getting better for you.
Me? Now that portfolio is done I've been really lazy. I feel like I have too much free time and it worries me... Like "isn't there other stuff I could be doing?!"
