What are easy costumes?? by Fawntasy

We're doing a Crazy About Critters thing at work where all the prices on the animals are marked down, and my co-worker wants to dress up. I don't really have much money, and most costumes already made are all slutty, which is inappropriate for walk.

What are some good ideas for a quick and easy to make costume?

I'm trying to put together a Vanellope Von Schweetz one. Another girl suggested Katniss Everdeen.

    To make 'slutty' halloween costumes less slutty, wear a black turtleneck/white leggings or even pants :o

    We had to dress up at Halloween City, and that was pretty much the only solution for the female workers D:
