So I have a loft bed and I do a lot of computerly things on it at night. Well, my laptop slipped though the bars and fell down the side hitting the windowsill on the way down and onto a hardwood floor.

Miraculously it still works.

I just don't even know how.

The screen is even fine, but there is a big dent on the corner from where it hit the windowsill and Im pretty sure the CD/DVD drive is dead.
