I know how it goes... I was sleeping peacefully last night but then SEARING EYE PAIN literally made me jump out of bed and start punching the wall in pain. x_x; Then I sat in pain for awhile until I just started doing some sketches with one eye blurry as it recovered. That's good that you're being productive even while being sick!
