To note here, I really say that there is no problem in those! I had this and it was so relaxing. If I can find someone else that can do that to my footpaws, I'll be very happy. At first I was nervous, but when I relaxed, it was therapeutic and exhilarating. Sure, there would be some that could get grossed out, but it does make you think that anybody who has a foot fetish this deep will have to enjoy RL licks. Besides, at one point in your life, did you bite your toenails before you used nail clippers/scissors or was lazy/could not find them?
Think about it- unless something pierces your foot, the microbes will not reach penetrate inside your feet if you are the receiver. If you are the licker, you will have some risk, but be assured that you do have germs in your mouth. There are GOOD germs to protect your mouth too, and they can act as makeshift defense organisms to protect your body from bad microbes that cause infection. Until the person/fur goes ahead and claims that s/he is physically sick because of this, there is nothing wrong with licking another one's foot- after all, you did that a little bit when you were young or when you were biting your toenails. I know society has a different say on this, but go ahead and ignore it when you are in a more secluded place, especially in a park or a beach.
